Being born and brought up in a Christian family, life was all about giving and never expecting anything in return. It was only in God's Kingdom where we'll be paid back...this was basically what I was taught at home.

But knowing this, I never feared God. It was only in the year 1998 I started to believe in him. I was hospitalized due to malaria in the cold nights of December. I was given an excessive dosage of drips (saline water) which almost cost me my life. It was only because of this incident that I started to grow closer to God. It was only then my family got closer to him through praying, and since then we have become closer to one another, too. My mom keeps on telling us that, "A family that prays together stays together." It sure is true!!

Another thing that I've learnt is to love myself, because in doing so I love God. He created me, so why hate myself when I can appreciate God's creation...

Photography as a subject has always interested me. Whenever I see beautiful pictures, the first thing that comes to my mind is "Even I can take such pictures!" So I take the privilege of learning photography as one of the greatest opportunities I've ever come across. I am really happy that I have something to do with it :-)
