My mom prayed for me to come to know the Lord while she was pregnant with me, and her prayers were only fully answered 19 years later. Just out of school and sitting in another convicting church service I realised that my "Christian life" up to that point, while it was good and wholesome, was just Christian in a religious sense - not because I was truly a follower of Christ, a "Christ one." Since then, by His Grace through faith in Jesus Christ, I have come to know more amd more of the joy (and pain!) it is to live 'a life less ordinary' by being one of the Living God's disciples. Now, 12 years later, were someone to ask me the reason for holding onto a life with God in the face of many temptations, I would say like Peter, "Where else would I go?" He is all that I know, and the reason for all I do and am. Glory to Him!
