My walk with the Lord began many years ago when, as a child, I attended a Roman Catholic primary school. While that experience introduced me to God, I found the formal nature of the Catholic church too inhibiting. I was seeking more.
During my teenage and early adult years, I left the church but I never lost my faith. It was during my early thirties that I was re-introduced to the church. Shortly afterwards, I found myself entering into a personal relationship with Jesus.
The Lord has blessed me many times over the years, and I find myself constantly thanking Him for these many blessings. My faith has grown particularly strong during the last thirteen years during which time I have become increasingly aware of the importance of mission. My church places a strong emphasis on developing our gifts and the use of them in outreach and evangelism. I pray that in some small way the Lord can use my skills to reach those who have yet to know Him.
My interest in photography goes all the way back to my tenth birthday when my parents gave me a basic Kodak Brownie camera and a small developing kit. My love of the medium has stayed with me ever since. Over the years, I have photographed most subjects and these days I find myself in the fortunate position of being able to earn my living photographing small children. However, my passion has always been filming the landscape, and I find a deep joy in being able to interpret the magnificence and majesty of God's wonderful works.
The Lord's peace, His love and grace to you all.
