VIVA NETWORK SELECTS COVER PHOTO FOR ANNUAL REPORT
Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania, USA - Connie Wragge, ministry leader, announced today that the staff at Viva Network, www.viva.org, have selected a photograph taken by Duane Birkey, a member of PhotoMission, for the cover of Viva's annual report. The report, being prepared for an October distribution, will address the agency's many global endeavors to improve the lives of children at risk.
"We were working with a very tight publication deadline," explains Mark Kingston, head of communications at Viva Network. "After contacting PhotoMission, soon thereafter we received access to many suitable images from which we were able to make a selection. We met our deadline, and it was a great experience to work with PhotoMission's photographers for a second time this year."
Viva Network has 78 network initiatives in 45 countries linking 4,750 projects to reach 1,200,000 children around the world who would otherwise suffer deprivation and exploitation.
PhotoMission is a worldwide community of 128 Christian photographers serving Christ in 20 countries. The ministry supplies missions, churches and Christian businesses with photography to visually illustrate the truth of the Gospel. The photographers' testimonies found on the PhotoMission website affirm the truth of John 14:6.
