News ReleaseDated: Oct-22-2008 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE CONTACT: Connie Wragge, Ministry Team Leader & President PHOTOMISSION HONORS GOD ON THE OCCASION OF SIX YEARS OF MINISTRY
"You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden." - Matthew 5:14. Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania, USA - The multiplicity of spiritual growth among PhotoMission's members continues to be noted today as the ministry marks another year of service and outreach. From a community that began with a few members and a willingness to go wherever God chose to lead them has come a level of commitment from an even larger number of people to serve the one true God in sacrificial ways. "There is a high level of interest among many PhotoMission members to want to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ," said Connie Wragge, ministry leader. "Their willingness to initiate compassionate endeavors, to share their personal resources to help one another and to raise awareness for what God is doing around the world is given a platform through their participation." "The heart of the PhotoMission community beats in sync with the heart of God," acknowledged Ian Homer, founding member. "It is beyond human description to adequately express it; all we can do is recognize it and give praise to our Lord for it." "We are witnesses to God growing His Kingdom on a regular basis," added Jason Powers who joined the ministry team in 2004. "There is something so incredibly extraordinary about what God is doing through the people who are part of PhotoMission," commented Ghani Zaman, a third member who was present when God brought the community into existence six years ago. "This eternal impact is something we want to acknowledge today, October 22, 2008. God alone is responsible for it." |
